Examples like this offer a more in depth look at character, especially so as prisoners coming to the aid of their jailor. Too bad it's the exception, not the rule.

I'd give those three a job, as soon as they get out. Good people, even after making a bad choice, deserve 2nd chances. Nobody is perfect, thus I wouldn't ask for perfection, only commitment to do things right.

thank god for the established practice of putting innocent people in jail. the outcome would have been very different if these people had been actual criminals.

The gospel by which we're SAVED. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 (KJV)(1) Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the GOSPEL (good news) which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; (2) By which also ye are SAVED, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain (self). (3) For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that CHRIST DIED for our SINS according to the scriptures; (4) And that he was BURIED, and that he ROSE AGAIN the THIRD DAY according to the scriptures. READ, UNDERSTAND, BELIEVE (from the heart by FAITH) and be SAVED

They may be doing something wrong. But all prisoners are not bad in heart. They just need second chance to make the right decision in life. And also the society must accept them with love.

That's so beautiful. I would like to say also that just because someone has been sentenced to jail time doesn't make them ,"bad people".. Not everyone in prison is dangerous and violent. They aren't all murderers. There are so many things that people can be charged with that land them in prison. In the USA the sentences are VERY different from Canada's. People are given pretty scary sentences considering what their crime may have been. That's just my opinion and again compared to Canada some are just ridiculous. Wtg guys. Get well soon Officer Hobbs. 😉 🇨🇦 🇺🇲

My dad used to work as a jail guard...I remember one time him telling me that 90%+ of inmates weren't really bad people, they'd just made stupid decisions, gotten addicted to various substances, etc. His simple advice to me was something that anyone in any position of authority, or really anyone in any position in life can live by in dealing with our fellow humans: Treat them with respect and compassion, and they'll treat you with the same. Love to be reminded of those little lessons by stuff like this 💕

This was GREAT!!!! So glad to see the good in people behind bars. Many, many of these people have just made poor choices and are really not bad people. I do believe that these three wonderful men proved this.
